Support training systems and security clearances as a Level 1 Training Coordinator in Pickering or Kincardine. Help employees and contractors complete required processes.
This 18-month, full time contract provides administrative coordination across Trades, Engineering, Office personnel, and contracting companies. You will guide system requirements, support Bruce Power and OPG clearances, provide technical assistance, and maintain accurate records. The position requires communication, initiative, accuracy, and independent follow-through.
Key Responsibilities: Guide employees and contractors through forms, systems, and next steps
Support Bruce Power access, password resets, and remote logins
Assist Bruce Power and OPG security clearance submissions




Provide technical support for CBT and online learning activities
Maintain vehicle registration and onboarding information in required systems
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years administration, onboarding, or training coordination experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems navigation
Familiarity with onboarding and Learning Management Systems
Knowledge of regulated-industry systems is an asset
Apply dependable communication, systems support, and clearance-tracking skills to coordinate training administration for regulated workforces.
