As Finance Manager, you will lead a team of seven professionals across inventory, general accounting, and Master Data. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close, balance-sheet integrity, corporate reporting, and control compliance. The role partners across Finance, shared services, and business functions to improve processes and support transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop seven accounting and Master Data professionals
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting
Oversee reconciliations, reserves, accruals, estimates, and revenue recognition
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP,



Canadian requirements, and SOX
Strengthen reporting systems, data governance, controls, and automation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
At least eight years of progressive accounting or finance experience
At least two years of direct people management experience
Experience with financial close, reporting, and internal controls
Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
