Lead industrial scaffolding operations in Edmonton with expertise in safety compliance, inspections, and multi-site maintenance coordination. This full time role follows Monday to Friday scheduling.
Altrad seeks experienced Scaffolding Supervisors for an upcoming long-term maintenance contract. You will oversee daily operations across industrial utility facilities, coordinating people, materials, and equipment. The position requires leadership, industrial maintenance knowledge, and understanding of OH&S; legislation and CSA scaffold standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee safe, compliant daily scaffolding activities
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment against schedules
Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and quality checks
Lead, mentor,
and oversee scaffolders’ performance
Maintain permits, documentation, and scaffold tags
Requirements: Journeyperson Scaffolder or equivalent experience
Proven supervision in industrial maintenance environments
Strong OH&S; and CSA scaffold standards knowledge
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel within Edmonton city areas
