As a Maintenance Planner, you will develop and implement work lists while keeping short-term goals and longer-range challenges in focus. You will coordinate crews, maintain quality standards, and help ensure maintenance and production targets are met. The position also requires budget awareness and consistent preventative maintenance program follow-through.

Track preventative maintenance costs within budget targets
Requirements: Substantial maintenance planning and scheduling experience
Ability to balance short-term and longer-range maintenance goals
Knowledge of electronic-based maintenance programs considered an asset
Robust organizational skills in changing conditions
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Support Canfor’s technically complex sawmill through preventative maintenance planning, crew coordination, and disciplined operational execution.
