As IP Monetization Strategy Manager, you will own commercial strategy for HYPERMUSE IPs and decide which revenue opportunities to prioritize. You will develop memberships, merchandise, digital products, licensing, platform monetization, and e-commerce. Your work connects audience growth with measurable conversion and revenue performance.
Responsabilités clés: Own monetization strategy and performance for established HYPERMUSE IPs
Develop revenue streams across memberships, merchandise, licensing, and e-commerce
Build promotional calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Lead product launch marketing from pre-launch through analysis




Track conversion, revenue, and audience-to-buyer performance by stream
Exigences: Three or more years in creator economy, social media, or digital marketing
Proven audience monetization through memberships, merchandise, or digital products
Experience with YouTube, Patreon, Shopify, affiliate, or licensing models
Fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms and culture
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with monetization results to share
