As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking at the branch. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while understanding customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions

Requirements: High School diploma and one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Robust administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
