This experienced, full time Manager develops regional growth strategies for Giffen’s mining, utility, and heavy industrial markets. You will work with Innu and First Nations partners, clients, stakeholders, and project delivery teams. The position initially operates remotely from St. John’s before transitioning to hybrid work once the office is established.

Lead business generation and deal execution efforts




Maintain HubSpot opportunity records and follow up consistently
Represent Giffen at industry events and client meetings
Requirements: 10+ years of mining and metals industry experience
5+ years selling solutions within a service industry
Proven business development or sales executive experience
Advanced Microsoft Office and graphics application skills
Willingness and ability to travel for business development
Bring regional strategy, mining-sector knowledge, sales experience, and client relationships to Giffen’s Atlantic Canada growth efforts.
