Within the Complex Loss Team, the Large Loss Commercial Property Claims Examiner provides direction over third party adjusters. You will compile facts, interpret policy wordings, evaluate claim values, and settle losses while protecting customer service quality. The position also involves issuing payments, preparing Critical Path Letters, Proofs of Loss, and Reservation of Rights letters. Your decisions will support productive indemnity and expense control.

Prepare Critical Path Letters and Proofs of Loss
Create Reservation of Rights letters when required
Maintain accurate data and issue stakeholder payments
Requirements: Minimum 15 years commercial property claims experience
Consistent management of complex losses over $5,000,000
Detailed property insurance coverage knowledge
Strong digital literacy and basic accounting skills
