This senior developer role sits between data curation, engineering, and machine learning. You will transform raw text into training datasets through algorithmic filtering, toxicity removal, privacy scrubbing, benchmark protection, and novel data transformations. Responsibilities may be distributed according to individual experience, skills, and interests while collaborating with Research and other teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design algorithmic filtering and model-based scoring mechanics
Refine classifiers, evaluators, heuristics, and review workflows
Protect datasets through leakage detection and compliance controls




Optimize processing throughput, cost, versioning, and provenance
Translate data requirements into targeted acquisition strategies
Requirements: Five-plus years in data processing, machine learning, or NLP
Experience handling trillion-token unstructured text datasets
Hands-on Spark, Ray, or Flink pipeline optimization
Experience with PII, toxicity, bias, and contamination prevention
Robust Python and cross-functional collaboration experience
