Help our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :*** Act as an intermediary between business partners and technology teams to collect, analyze and document business and functional needs;* Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and business value;* Translate business needs into user stories, business rules, functional specifications and other deliverables necessary to achieve solutions;* Prepare impact analyses, process diagrams and functional documentation necessary for the design and delivery of solutions;* Collaborate with developers, QA specialists, architectural consultants and business partners to ensure a common understanding of needs and solutions;* Participate in the analysis, design, planning and implementation of Guidewire solutions;* Define test cases and support functional validation and user acceptance activities;* Follow up on incidents, evolution requests and functional issues in collaboration with the parties concerned;* Contribute to the resolution of production issues and user support when required;* Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, practices and delivery methods.**The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Bachelor's degree in administration, computer science, information systems or an appropriate discipline, or a combination of relevant education and experience;* Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in business analysis or functional analysis, including five (5) years as a systems business analyst and with the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform;* Have experience in the field of property and casualty insurance as well as advanced knowledge of business processes;* Master the collection,



analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements;* Know how to write user stories, functional specifications, business rules and impact analyses;* Experience in delivering projects in Agile mode as well as in the preparation and execution of functional and user acceptance tests;* Hold an ACE Guidewire certification;* Advanced knowledge of application integration concepts as well as REST, SOAP, XML and JSON technologies;* Proficiency in collaboration, modeling and management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio and the Microsoft Office suite;* Know the underwriting, billing or damage insurance claims processes;* This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
