You will design and develop core capabilities that scale across finance use cases and geographies. The position requires collaboration with Finance, IT, Data and Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Risk. Your work will balance innovation with control, scalability, privacy, and auditability.
Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture and design for enterprise AI/ML capabilities
Align solutions with enterprise architecture and data strategy
Implement compliant-by-design AI across finance functions
Assess emerging technologies for controlled finance environments
Maintain high-quality code and development standards
Requirements: Two to five years of AI Engineering or Machine Learning experience
Strong Python and production software development expertise
Experience implementing production-grade AI and MLOps practices
Knowledge of data privacy, model governance, and responsible AI
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Use enterprise AI engineering, governance, and architecture skills to strengthen scalable finance transformation at Chubb Canada.
