Build major infrastructure with EBC as a Site Superintendent, coordinating field activities, contract requirements, safety procedures, and quality controls. Lead work across demanding civil project scopes.
This Site Superintendent supports EBC’s Civil team under the Site or General Superintendent. Responsibilities may cover highways, tunneling, infrastructure, earthworks, and hydroelectric projects. You will interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and addenda while coordinating subcontractors, consultants, clients, agencies, suppliers, and company forces. Success requires three to five years of heavy civil construction supervision experience, including earthworks and concrete structures, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: Understand contracts, subcontracts, drawings, specifications, and addenda




Assist with in office procedures and construction program development
Direct inspection activities and coordinate remedial actions
Maintain communication with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and public
Review time cards, invoices, vouchers, and payment requests
Requirements: Three to five years in heavy civil construction supervision
Required experience in earthworks and concrete structures
Knowledge of office systems and administrative procedures
Basic mathematics, accounting, and finance skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and act efficiently
Bring contract knowledge, field coordination, and safety-focused construction supervision to EBC’s major Canadian infrastructure projects.
