This mid-level field supervision role oversees Foremen and craft workers while organizing execution, scheduling, cost control, and workmanship. You will coordinate drawings, specifications, safety, and relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and jobsite staff. Kiewit Energy Canada delivers industrial projects across oil, gas, chemical, ethanol, and related process industries.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute electrical instrumentation work safely
Supervise Foremen, laborers, and craft workers
Oversee schedules, job costs, cash flow, and change orders
Coordinate meetings, problem resolution, and client relationships




Develop project completion and turnover plans
Requirements: 8+ years construction experience, including 3+ years leading Superintendents or crews
Electrical, instrumentation, PLC, DCS, and SCADA proficiency
Commissioning and start-up experience
Ability to review cable schedules, layouts, P&IDs;, and installation details
Travel and potential relocation availability, with overtime and weekends required
Bring electrical systems expertise, construction leadership, safety focus, and contract administration skills to Kiewit field operations.
