As Marketing Director, you will lead integrated digital initiatives for Yunshang Rice Noodle and other Asian dining concepts. You will oversee content planning, audience engagement, campaign optimization, and external creative partners while coordinating with operations and management. The position also covers budgets, reporting, team leadership, and marketing workflows across locations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead digital strategies across Instagram, Google, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu
Oversee content, social media, paid advertising, and influencer collaborations
Evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results
Manage creative agencies,



photographers, videographers, and vendors
Lead marketing teams, budgets, timelines, and performance reporting
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Five or more years of marketing experience required
Proven ability to independently lead campaigns through execution
Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and marketing budgets
English and Mandarin proficiency required
Use digital marketing leadership, campaign analytics, and multi-brand coordination to advance Yunshang Group's restaurant marketing.
