This Business Office Coordinator position offers broad responsibility across student accounts, retail operations, reception, and business systems administration. You will organize details, serve the CBC community, and support the Finance/Business Office team. The full time position is on site in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities: Process accounts receivable and student account transactions
Manage textbook store operations, sales, and inventory activities
Support purchasing and business systems administration
Welcome guests and provide clear, respectful assistance




Assist the Finance/Business Office team with daily activities
Requirements: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience handling confidential information with discretion
Ability to switch between interruptions and focused financial work
One year customer-facing, retail, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
Related accounting or business administration education completed or underway
Develop broad administrative and financial skills while supporting textbook operations, student accounts, and reception at CBC.
