The role oversees manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations while guiding approximately 40 to 50 employees. Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Eight to ten or more years manufacturing leadership experience preferred
Experience in custom batch building
Experience coaching supervisors and leading operational teams
Lean Manufacturing, KPI, and performance management experience
Production scheduling, warehousing, and distribution knowledge
