This Associate Vice President role oversees advanced modelling initiatives supporting Transaction Monitoring systems and technology projects. You will guide model development, scenario governance, documentation, testing, and ongoing enhancements while assessing coverage across TD. The work draws on Canadian and United States typologies, regulatory expectations, peer benchmarking, and risk management concepts.
Key Responsibilities: Shape strategy for Transaction Monitoring product implementation
Manage scenario additions, removals, and ongoing framework governance
Lead Transaction Monitoring changes with FCRM and validation stakeholders




Optimize FCRM data across monitoring systems and business lines
Maintain common strategy with the United States counterpart
Requirements: 15+ years of AML, risk modelling, or risk function management experience
Deep understanding of SAS, Actimize, Oracle, and BAE products
Extensive AML regulation, financial crime risk, and control knowledge
Documentation experience meeting regulatory and audit standards
Strategic thinking, business acumen, judgement, and research skills
Bring strategic AML modelling expertise, product knowledge, and stakeholder leadership to TD’s Transaction Monitoring risk agenda.
