Skyline seeks a Resident Manager for its Cambridge properties. You will support daily community operations, leasing, rent collection, and administrative work. The role also involves maintaining clean, secure common areas and responding to resident needs, maintenance requirements, and on-call situations.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests
Show available suites and support rental inquiries
Collect rent, review receivables, and maintain accurate records
Complete inspections, notices, fire logs, and administrative paperwork




Monitor contractors and escalate issues to the Property Manager
Requirements: Strong service orientation and resident rapport-building ability
Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities and remain detail oriented
Computer, email, Microsoft Office, and property systems proficiency
Availability for rotating schedules, weekends, and on-call situations
