As a Credit Representative reporting to the Credit Manager, you will analyze account status, investigate past-due balances, and complete customer risk analysis. The work requires accurate data handling, effective prioritization, and clear communication. You will help resolve concerns efficiently while supporting satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities: Review Accounts Receivable aging for assigned portfolios
Analyze credit warning reports and customer account compliance
Complete risk analysis for past-due customers
Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns
Facilitate residential budget payment management
Requirements: Ideally three years in a Credit or Accounts Receivable setting
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
High accuracy when managing significant data volumes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Support informed credit decisions through portfolio analysis, accurate account review, and effective customer-focused problem solving.
