Key Responsibilities: Listen to inquiries and address customer concerns professionally
Provide clear information to contractors, dealers, and homeowners
Process orders and create accurate sales quotes
Prepare service work pricing for parts and labour




Coordinate installations and Service Technician appointments
Requirements: Three to five years of solid customer service experience
Exceptional listening and independent problem-solving skills
