Keolis Canada’s Motorcoach Division is seeking a casual Red Arrow operator for scheduled routes, charter services, and special assignments across Alberta. The permanent, unionized position offers seniority-based scheduling and paid training. You will create welcoming travel experiences, inspect vehicles, assist passengers, and manage luggage. Professionalism remains important on and off the road.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional customer service throughout passenger journeys
Safely navigate weather, traffic, and roadway conditions
Represent Red Arrow and Keolis Canada professionally
Perform vehicle inspections before,



during, and after trips
Create welcoming and comfortable travel experiences
Requirements: Class 1 or Class 2Q Driver’s Licence with air brakes
At least five years of commercial driving experience
Previous passenger transportation experience strongly preferred
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
