As an entry-level Service Contract Administrator, you will assist with quotations, service contracts, purchase orders, renewals, and order processing. The position supports North American Aftermarket Sales while coordinating activities with Legal, Accounting, Environmental Health & Safety, and Human Resources. You will manage records, follow established procedures, and maintain timely processing.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare service quotations and process customer orders
Support agreements, RFPs, renewals, and warranty conversions
Review purchase orders and contractual documents
Maintain customer records,



contract files, and system updates
Monitor approvals, renewals, and pending quotations
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
Robust organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Comfort using multiple systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
Flexibility during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
