Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Laundry Aide for an existing position within its community. The role supports residents through dependable linen and personal clothing services. Daily tasks include operating washers and dryers, folding and sorting items, auditing repairs, and maintaining laundry areas.
Key Responsibilities: Provide clothing and linen support services for residents
Load and unload washers, dryers, and distribution carts
Fold, sort, label, repair, and deliver laundry items
Record discarded inventory and maintain accurate laundry supplies
Complete cleaning duties and monitor equipment operation
Requirements: Secondary school graduate or equivalent qualification
Understanding of infection control and housekeeping operations
Knowledge of cleaning practices and related equipment
Effective communication with residents and team members
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Use organized laundry services, careful equipment monitoring, and resident communication to contribute to Owen Hill Community operations.
