Maple Leaf Foods seeks reliable, motivated casual team members for its bird hanger position. You will work with live poultry while supporting production of high-quality food products. The work includes maintaining line pace, correcting hanging issues, and keeping operations safe and organized.
Key Responsibilities: Work with live poultry during production operations
Push birds to lead hangers according to standards
Correct missing, empty, or improperly hung shackles
Follow safety and quality standards throughout shifts
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds physically
Robust attention to detail and workplace safety
Reliable transportation to the London work site
Availability Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime
Previous manufacturing or food production experience is an asset
