This permanent, part-time position supports patient and family-centered care under a Personal Support Manager. You will assist with personal care, household tasks, respite, medication assistance, meals, and emotional support. The work involves home-based care and protected transfers.
Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
Support household tasks, respite care, and medication assistance
Promote safe transfers, body mechanics, and home safety
Provide cognitive, social, and emotional patient support
Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker certificate or accepted equivalent
Exceptional interpersonal skills and commitment to patient care
Ability to work independently and within a team
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Availability for mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
