Coordinate warehouse logistics at Wuxly using Odoo, inventory controls, and fulfillment processes for finished goods, materials, and DTC orders. Support shipments and returns.
As Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator, you will report to the Manager of Supply Chain and Operations. You will manage branded finished goods, DTC fulfillment, inventory counts, returns, exchanges, and movements between Wuxly, vendors, and manufacturing partners. The role follows The Wuxly Way SOPs and Odoo.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate DTC picking, packaging, shipping, returns, and exchanges
Conduct regular and annual physical inventory counts
Track inbound raw materials and production delivery schedules
Maintain accurate Odoo records for material movements
Ensure customs documentation, labeling, and shipping compliance
Requirements: Two or more years in warehouse logistics coordination
College diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience using an ERP system; Odoo preferred
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bring accountable warehouse coordination, ERP experience, inventory accuracy, and shipment management to Wuxly’s operations.
