You will develop LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, and prompt evaluation workflows. Your work will also cover statistical analysis, user journeys, matching supply and demand, and experiment outcomes. Cross-functional communication will connect technical findings with implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Take machine learning models from concept through practical implementation
Improve LLM features, retrieval quality, and output evaluation
Monitor model performance and identify performance regressions




Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and matching friction
Present recommendations and measure impact after deployment
Requirements: Hands-on experience with machine learning and modern AI solutions
Practical LLM and RAG experience in production environments
Advanced Python, including pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy
