We are currently seeking a Full-Time BDC Representative to support our growing dealership and help deliver an outstanding experience to every guest who connects with our brand.

In this role, you will serve as an important link between our guests and dealership team, managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, and guiding customers through various stages of their ownership journey. From helping guests connect with the right Brand Specialist to supporting vehicle deliveries and follow-up communications, you will play a key role in building lasting relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, text messaging, and online platforms in a qualified and timely manner.

Arrange and confirm appointments while coordinating schedules with the sales team and Brand Specialists.

Assist guests by providing information regarding vehicle models, dealership services, and promotional offerings.

Create positive customer relationships through consistent communication and attentive service.





Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.

Conduct pre-sale and post-sale follow-up communications to enhance the guest experience and identify future opportunities.

Coordinate vehicle delivery preparations to ensure every detail is completed prior to customer pickup.

Deliver personalized vehicle orientations, helping guests understand vehicle features, technology, and ownership resources.

Support vehicle inventory administration, order tracking, and delivery documentation as required.

Help ensure a smooth transition from first contact through vehicle delivery and ongoing ownership support.

Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development initiatives.

Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Strong communication skills, including confidence speaking with customers by phone.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Well-developed organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Previous experience in a BDC, automotive, sales, customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail environment is considered an asset.
