The Parts Coordinator manages parts for each repair order at Boyd Autobody & Glass. Responsibilities include ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts according to production schedules. You will verify part accuracy and quality while supporting operational excellence and positive NPS.
Key Responsibilities: Order and receive parts from vendors promptly
Enter parts invoices into the information system
Label, track, organize, and dispatch parts
Manage returns and ensure credits are received
Maintain a clean, organized parts area
Requirements: High school diploma
One to three-plus years working with automotive parts
Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar systems
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift over 50 pounds
