Coordinate high-volume vehicle flow at Clutch as a Line Lead, using spatial awareness and confident team direction during evening shifts.
This full-time role leads attendants across intake, staging, service, and delivery zones. You will organize dense parking layouts, monitor entry and exit points, and maintain accurate vehicle locations. The work requires quick decisions, safety awareness, and transparent communication in an outdoor operation.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee vehicle movement across intake, staging, service, and delivery zones
Reassign attendants during volume spikes and priority changes
Monitor entry and exit points to prevent bottlenecks
Maintain parking layouts, emergency access, and first-out readiness




Resolve operational blockers during high-volume surges
Requirements: Two or more years in high-volume vehicle flow environments
Strong spatial awareness for dense parking layouts
Comfort working outdoors in physically demanding conditions
Clear communication for directing teams in loud environments
Availability Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
Lead Clutch vehicle movement with solid logistics, safety awareness, spatial control, and decisive evening-shift coordination.
