Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Estimator analyzes costs and prepares estimates for new homes. You will complete take-offs, estimate material and labour costs, review supplier quotes, and monitor project budgets. The work supports profitable business decisions through careful documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Complete and review project take-offs and estimating files
Estimate material and labour costs accurately
Maintain supplier and trade directories and review quotes
Prepare purchase orders, change orders, and required documents
Monitor budgets, invoices,



variances, and cost-to-complete reports
Requirements: Three years of residential construction estimating experience
Related degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and estimating software
Robust organization, communication, listening, and detail orientation
Satisfactory criminal record check verification
