Key Responsibilities: Lead assigned day-to-day station sort operations
Oversee all Cargo Handler functions within the station
Direct proper package handling and routing
Recover potential service failures during station sorting
Coach employees and provide required training
Requirements: College degree
Two years FedEx sort operations experience
Two years senior-level hourly role experience, or related supervision
Valid driver’s license with positive driving record
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver heavier packages
Bring package handling, employee coaching, and operational leadership skills to FedEx Express’s part-time station sort team.
