As Assistant Dairy/Frozen Manager, you will help ensure department readiness for daily operations. The position includes managing inventory, scheduling to meet financial objectives, upholding company policies, and supporting Team Members. It also requires system learning, leadership, and travel for off-site events.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare the department for daily operations
Manage inventory and schedules for financial objectives
Uphold health, food safety, and loss prevention
Address issues with a sense of urgency
Travel to support off-site events
Requirements: Minimum one year dairy/frozen department experience
Ability to quickly learn new computer systems
Ability to role model company values
Strong communication and listening skills
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
