Black & McDonald is seeking an Administrator to support the Fabrication Division in the Saskatchewan Region. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with tradespeople, office staff, management and vendors, ensuring requests are answered promptly and in line with company procedures.
Responsibilities include processing Work Orders and POs in JD Edwards, coordinating payroll reconciliation, maintaining logs, preparing reports, and supporting safety communications.
