The work spans commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential settings across various locations. Candidates need three to less than five years of experience, English, and secondary school graduation or equivalent experience. You will work outdoors and at heights in noisy, dusty, and dangerous environments. The position covers asphalt, wood, masonry, baked clay, modified roofing, rigid pre-formed systems, sheet membranes, skylights, and built-up roofing. It also includes supervising workers, estimating costs and materials, and applying waterproof coatings.
Key Responsibilities: Install asphalt, wood, masonry, and baked clay roofing materials




Install single-ply sheet membrane and modified roofing systems
Repair shingles, shakes, sloped roofs, and roofing systems
Apply waterproof coatings above or below ground-level masonry
Estimate costs, materials, and supervise three to four workers
Requirements: Three to less than five years of roofing experience
Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience
Ability to work onsite, outdoors, and at heights
Ability to handle loads up to 23 kilograms
Dependability and ability to work with others
Use specialized shingle, tile, membrane, and waterproofing skills across diverse roofing projects.
