Turn supply chain data into decisions as a Supply Chain Analyst with Masco Canada in a hybrid St. Thomas, Ontario office.
This analytical role supports inventory optimization, production planning, purchasing, and continuous improvement across Masco Canada’s supply chain. You will develop reporting, analyze demand and supplier performance, and translate findings into recommendations. The role partners with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Distribution, Finance, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities: Develop supply chain KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting
Analyze inventory, demand, forecasting, purchasing, and supplier performance
Support E&O; depletion, S&OP;, and integrated planning processes
Identify constraints, risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities




Maintain ERP, planning, reporting, and supply chain data
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related discipline
Two to five years of relevant analytical experience
Advanced Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and data modelling
Solid quantitative, analytical, and statistical problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP systems; Power BI preferred
