The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator maintains accurate stock records and verifies incoming goods. Responsibilities span freight preparation, warehouse organization, customer inquiries, and depot data entry. The position also supports sales, projects, and office activities as requested by management.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain clean, organized, physically accessible warehouse areas
Verify goods received and maintain shipment records
Handle shipping and receiving customer service issues
Respond to service, sales, customer, and depot requests
Support Sales and Projects departments as requested
Requirements: Two or more years’ office workplace experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service experience
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment
