Reporting to the Multimedia Services Manager, Live Events, the Multimedia Specialist provides technical audiovisual support. The work combines equipment setup, client guidance, video editing, graphics integration, and digital media organization. You will assist video projects while meeting established timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive client requests and verify audiovisual equipment availability
- Prepare, install, demonstrate, and maintain audiovisual equipment
- Edit videos and integrate graphics following McGill visual guidelines




- Adapt PowerPoint presentations for video productions with faculty
- Create metadata and upload videos to social media platforms

Requirements:

- High school diploma and six months related experience
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools
- Organizational skills within established timelines and procedures
- Valid Quebec Class 5 driver's license
- English proficiency assessed at level four
