At The Keg Steakhouse + Bar in Banff, we're looking for a Floor Manager who genuinely enjoys hospitality and understands that great service starts with a great team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes being on the floor, working alongside their team and making sure both guests and employees are having a great experience. You'll help create the warm, polished and welcoming atmosphere The Keg is known for, while keeping a busy restaurant organized and running smoothly.What You'll DoAs Floor Manager, you'll be right where the action is. You'll lead the Front of House team through busy services, support your people and make sure our guests receive the kind of experience that keeps them coming back.You'll be responsible for:Leading from the floor and setting the tone for a great shiftCoaching and supporting servers, hosts, bussers and bartendersCreating a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every guestStaying connected to what's happening throughout the restaurant and stepping in wherever you're neededManaging guest flow, service pacing, table turns and overall floor executionSupporting the bar team and maintaining strong food and beverage service standardsConnecting with guests and responding confidently when something doesn't go as plannedTurning guest concerns into positive service recovery opportunitiesHelping with scheduling, labour management and shift planningSupporting hiring, onboarding,



training and development of new team membersMaintaining food safety, health and safety, and responsible liquor service standardsBuilding a team environment where people feel supported, respected and accountableHelping develop the next generation of strong Keggers and restaurant leadersWhat You BringPrevious experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader or experienced Senior Server in a busy restaurantProServe certificationA robust understanding of restaurant service and Front of House operationsA calm, confident leadership style, especially when things get busyA genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesStrong communication and coaching skillsThe ability to hold people accountable while still being supportive and respectfulA hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever the team needs youFlexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidaysCurrent residency in Banff or willingness to relocateThe ability to remain active and on your feet throughout a busy shift and lift up to 25 lbs when requiredWhy The Keg?The Keg is more than a great place to eat.
