The role includes personal care, resident supervision, communication support, and participation in programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming according to care plans
- Encourage residents to use glasses and hearing aids
- Administer specific medication after prescribed training and supervision




- Maintain access to canes, walkers, and call bells
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support

Requirements:

- Completed approved Personal Support Worker program
- Compassion for supporting seniors’ meaningful daily lives
- Proficiency in easy treatment procedures and bedside care
- Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
