As Finance Manager, you will lead a team of seven professionals across inventory, general accounting, and Master Data. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close, balance-sheet integrity, corporate reporting, and control compliance.

The role partners across Finance, shared services, and business functions to improve processes and support transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop seven accounting and Master Data professionals
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting
- Oversee reconciliations, reserves, accruals, estimates, and revenue recognition
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP,



Canadian requirements, and SOX
- Strengthen reporting systems, data governance, controls, and automation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- At least eight years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- At least two years of direct people management experience
- Experience with financial close, reporting, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
