As a Part Time Property Service Administrator, you will support rental properties under the Property Manager’s direction. The schedule includes Tuesday through Friday, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays or long weekends. Your work will combine tenant communication, suite showings, inspections, cleaning coordination, and building operations.
Key Responsibilities: Answer calls and messages promptly for residents and prospective tenants
Address resident issues and service requests within 24–48 hours
Show available suites and support strong occupancy levels
Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, repairs,



and move-out inspections
Conduct safety inspections and maintain building cleanliness
Requirements: One to three years’ multi-residential property management experience
High School Diploma completion
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Landlord Tenant Act knowledge and experience
Robust customer service, communication, prioritization, and confidentiality skills
