This full-time regular Saskatchewan Health Authority position is based at Biggar & District Health Centre. You will monitor, evaluate, consult, educate, and complete special projects. The work includes coverage for absent environmental health team members and collaboration with local governments and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor environmental health matters within an assigned area
Evaluate public health conditions and inspection findings
Provide environmental health consultation and education
Cover environmental health team members during absences
Work with local governments and partner agencies
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health required
Canadian Certificate in Public Health Inspection required
Valid Class 5 driver's license required
Robust interpersonal, public relations, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to adapt and organize workload demands
Bring environmental health inspection knowledge, communication skills, and sound judgement to regional public health services in Saskatchewan.
