NorWest Community Health Centres seeks a permanent Family Physician for its growing client population. You will practise within an interdisciplinary team supporting health promotion, harm reduction, education, disease prevention, and client empowerment. Longer appointments and lower patient volumes support patient-centred, holistic care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care to clients and families
Support health promotion, harm reduction, and disease prevention
Deliver education and promote client empowerment




Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and health workers
Requirements: Medical degree and Family Medicine residency from a recognized university
Current CPSO licence and CMPA membership
Knowledge of northern practice and community-based health care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
Practise patient-centred family medicine in Longlac while advancing health equity through cooperative community-based primary care.
