You will understand workforce needs, present recruitment solutions, negotiate agreements, and provide ongoing market intelligence. The position also covers sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, assessing, and presenting professionals for permanent and term opportunities. Your work will help organizations hire exceptional talent and support candidates’ career advancement across sectors including Accounting & Finance, Construction, Skilled Trades, Agriculture, and Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring managers’ workforce challenges and objectives




Present recruitment solutions and negotiate service agreements
Deliver client service that generates repeat business
Develop creative sourcing strategies using networks and technology
Provide candidates coaching, feedback, and career guidance
Requirements: Specialized knowledge in an identified business segment
Post-secondary education
Consultative sales or recruitment experience highly preferred
Confidence prospecting, negotiating, and closing recent business
Organization, resilience, time management, and results orientation
Use consultative selling, market expertise, and candidate guidance to develop Executrade’s client portfolio and recruitment partnerships.
