This regular full time, unionized position supports natural gas utility operations across Ontario. You will perform pipeline maintenance, appliance inspections, emergency response, and customer service. The role also offers technical training while requiring progression through USR steps C2 to A1.
Key Responsibilities: Perform pipeline repairs, maintenance, and construction inspections
Inspect and activate natural gas appliances
Respond to leaks, odours, and line-break emergencies
Coordinate with fire, police, and TSSA officials
Maintain professional customer interactions and company standards
Requirements: Grade 12 education or equivalent
Interest in natural gas utility operations
Obtain required Gas Utility Technician and Pipeline Inspector certificates
Hold an appropriate driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
Communicate effectively and perform strenuous manual labour
Bring technical ability, emergency response readiness, and customer service skills to Enbridge’s natural gas operations in Timmins.
