Key Responsibilities: Support labor and operating expense targets
Create weekly store schedules for retail coverage

Maintain shrink controls and appropriate inventory levels

Requirements: Five or more years of relevant experience
Experience with inventory and POS systems
Ability to identify and resolve operational problems
Effective communication with leadership, associates, and consumers
Ability to move items weighing up to 40 pounds
