You will clarify operating models, requirements, and stakeholder decisions across compliance, legal, and IT teams. The work includes capital markets regulatory considerations.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze current KYC, KYB, and regulatory review processes
Define target operating models, journeys, use cases, and rules
Maintain traceability between obligations, requirements, capabilities, and criteria
Conduct stakeholder workshops and document decisions and issues
Support Agile integration, validation,



and business acceptance testing
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
Minimum five years of relevant business analysis experience
At least three years in KYC, KYB, CLM, or compliance
Proficiency with requirements, BPMN, Jira, and Confluence
Advanced English and experience working with compliance, legal, and IT
