Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, and other business analysis documentation .
Strong ability to analyze, map, and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes .
Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and actionable user stories .
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, or similar data analytics and reporting tools .
Robust analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
