As a Merchant in the Super Market Division, you will report to the Category Director, Natural Foods. You will work with Merchants and complementary teams across merchandising, supply chain, marketing, loyalty, e-commerce, and operations. The work centers on products, promotions, assortment, pricing, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead promotional programs from product selection through performance evaluation
Use data and analytics to build strategic category plans
Build relationships with category vendors and external partners
Support assortment optimization, planograms, and merchandising strategies




Evaluate product innovation and private label program development
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
At least one year of merchant, buyer, retail sales, or merchandising experience
Analytical approach and data-based decision-making experience
Financial, business, and retail knowledge
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and software platform confidence
